1. How do I become a registered member?

2. How will you acknowledge my order?

Online orders: We will send you an email confirmation notice which will have your order number on it. Once payment has been received you will receive a second confirmation email regarding payment. Any concerns please contact our Customer Service Staff on 1800 801 647 Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (EST).

3. If I don't have a credit card, is there another way that I can pay?

Yes! All online orders can be paid by PayPal. If you require a different method please contact our friendly Customer Service Staff on 1800 801 647 Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (EST) to arrange an alternative method.

4. How do I renew my subscription?

Simply select from any of our subscription offers and we’ll add it to your existing subscription for you.

5. Can I order a back issue?
 

Yes! Please note that we only stock the last 4 to 6 months of back issues, and stock is limited. If you would like us to try and track down a particular issue please contact us.

6. When will I receive my order?

FOR PRODUCTS: Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your products if within Australia. Outside Australia can take between 8-12weeks delivery. In some circumstances items may be dispatched in separate packages and may arrive at different times.

FOR MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS: Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of your first issue for a monthly title, and between 6-8 weeks for a bi-monthly title.


7. What can I do if my order does not arrive?

FOR PRODUCTS: Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your products if within Australia. Outside Australia can take between 8-12 weeks delivery. If it has been longer than the delivery expected time, you can contact our Customer Service Staff or send an email (see below).

FOR MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS: Your magazine will usually arrive on or around the on-sale date in stores. All titles are dispatched a week before the on-sale date, so please do not consider your magazine late until a few days after it goes on sale in stores. If it has been longer than the delivery expected time, you can contact our Customer Service Staff or send an email (see below).

Please note: In the event that you do not receive dispatched products and we are unable to assist you to locate them in transit we will require you to provide us with a Statutory Declaration, witnessed by an eligible person, before we are able to resend the product. 8. Can I arrange an order to go to another country?

Yes, however there will postage charges incurred and some offers are only valid to Australian residential addresses.

9. Will I receive a refund if I cancel my order?

Yes. However there is a $20 cancellation fee on all of our orders. Please view our
full Terms & Conditions.

FOR PRODUCTS: Products must be received in original unopened packaging within 30 days.

FOR MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS: When you cancel your subscription, you will receive a refund for all unsent issues.


10. How do I change my address?

Phone: Contact our friendly Customer Service Staff on 1800 801 647 Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (EST). Please have your order number at hand as this will make the process much quicker.

Email: You can email
subs@magstore.com.au. In your email please include your name and order # as well as your old address and your new/current address.

Alternatively for magazine subscribers you can also fill out your new details on your magazine cover sheet and mail or fax it in to us.

11. I'm going away for a while, can you put my subscription on hold?

Sure! Just phone Toll Free 1800 801 647 between 8.30am – 5:30pm EST and we'll put your subscription on hold. Just contact us when you are ready to start your subscription again.

12. What if I receive a damaged product or magazine?
